About Proactive Animal Health
After having a good run with my own horses for many years, I suddenly found myself in a situation that I was dealing with an injury that I had never encountered. I struggled to find great advice that was correct, up to date and would give my mare the absolute best chance of making a full recovery and return to the competition arena.
Armed with my qualifications and the knowledge I had, I spent hours researching, calling people across the country and visiting vets, then weighing up the options that made scientific and financial sense.
This is when I started Proactive Animal Health to create a place where people can find quality and efficient products, and shortcut those many hours of research. So they can get on with the most important thing, spending time with their horse.
